As coaches, our goal is to equip young people with the skills to be successful both on and off the field. With this same objective in mind, the final workforce development session focuses on the hard skills necessary to make the leap to whatever opportunities follow a coaching service term. 

 

During this session coaches will: 

• Learn tools and resources on how to create a standout cover letter and resume • Identify and use variety of job searching tools and resources
